CRAFTED TRANSITIONS, KOTTAYAM
Every home deserves an entrance that makes you pause. Here, a slate-clad stairwell spine meets a teak handrail and glass balustrade — textures that speak to each other without competing. A CNC-cut jaali partition screens the living room without closing it off, letting light and conversation pass freely between spaces. The living area beyond keeps things grounded: warm leather seating, layered zebra blinds, and a cove-lit false ceiling that turns every evening into something worth coming home to.
TEAK & STONE LIVING, KOTTAYAM
The living room was designed around one idea: warmth that doesn't need to try. A full-height slate feature wall anchors the space, with a floating teak ledge that holds both art and memory. The ceiling follows suit — teak-panelled with cove lighting that spills amber at the edges, while recessed spots keep the room bright without glare. Cognac leather sofas face each other across a clean white coffee table, letting conversation take centre stage. Zebra blinds filter Kerala light into something soft and cinematic throughout the day.
